Very nice painting Nancy. As far as the effect in the Civil War painting, it is digital manipulation. Before uploading the picture I simply adjusted the sharpness, brightness and contrast a couple of times to the max, and that gave me the stipling effect that I wanted.

Marina, This is lovely and the contrasts in dark and light make this very dramatic. Also thank you for your nice comments about my rabbit picture. "Snow White" The original has been sold for 150.00 to , of all people, my first art teacher in Smithfield,Virginia. I was so honored and thankful that she liked it that much. It is small, only about 5 inches. Copies made through FAA as you know. Smiles, Anne.
